Leadership Development
Training Program
A 52-week video series of short, practical lessons designed for leaders and emerging leaders across KFSYSCC
Leadership in a hospital is not only about knowledge. It is about how you think, how you communicate, how you support people, and how you make decisions when the situation is complex. This series is built to help you practice those skills in a way that fits real hospital life.
Why leadership training matters.
This course exists to build a shared leadership language at KFSYSCC and strengthen the practical behaviors that make teams safer, clearer, and more effective. Over 52 weeks, we aim to deliver 52 small leadership improvements that can be applied immediately in daily work, not only understood in theory.
How the training works.
Each week, you will find a short video at the top of the page and supporting content below it. The video focuses on one leadership concept or tool and is designed to fit into a busy schedule. The supporting section is where we turn the idea into action: you will see a one-sentence takeaway, simple steps, and leader-ready scripts you can use in real conversations. You will also see at least one realistic healthcare example so the concept is not abstract. Every week ends with a small “try-it-now” practice designed to be completed quickly during the work week, so learning becomes behavior, not just information.
