KFSYSCC Health Promotion Center Nurse: Hsu Hsuan

My nursing career has always felt like an endless adventure, a journey with a beginning but no end. Each unique setting I've worked in has been an opportunity for personal transformation at various levels.

Now, as I approach my 11th year, I see myself as an adventurer in the world of nursing. Starting in the intense and unpredictable wards felt like navigating a labyrinth, requiring precision and utmost care. Then, moving to outpatient services was like stepping through Doraemon's magical door, where I had to adapt and fulfill a variety of needs and wishes. My exploration continued into the enchanting realm of cosmetic medicine, learning about the journey to discover beauty.

Every adventure has left its mark, through experiences both sweet and bitter, forming a gradual process of achievements. This journey has made me bold, unafraid to take risks and always striving to better myself. My latest chapter has brought me to the warm embrace of the big family at the KFSYSCC Health Promotion Center.

Being here reminds me of my early days as a rookie, overwhelmed yet excited. I've come to realize that the vision and cultural literacy here are incredibly vibrant, more so than the plants in my own home. Walking through the hospital feels like wandering in a garden where flowers speak, patients smile, and even the larger bushes, our consultation rooms, seem welcoming. Cultural literacy isn't found everywhere; some places feel as barren as deserts, with nothing but dry medical records. Here, every staff member is a warm oasis, eagerly welcoming patients like old friends.

But my aspirations go beyond merely enjoying this oasis of healthcare. I'm committed to being an irreplaceable bloom within it. Looking ahead, I don't just want to be a superhero capable of facing any challenge from patients. I aim to be a master of communication, observation, and empathy, a multi-talented player in the field of nursing.
