Based on KFSYSCC's cancer registry from 1990 to 2019, there were 451 analytic skin cancer cases, with 246 males (55%) and 205 females (45%). The average and median ages were 58 and 60 years old, respectively; the youngest patient was 9 years old, and the oldest was 96 years old; the interquartile range (Q1-Q3) was 44-70. By stage, there were 15 stage 0 skin cancer patients (3%), 141 stage I patients (31%), 54 stage II patients (12%), 33 stage III patients (7%), and 24 stage IV patients (5%). The graph shows the five-year survival rate for skin cancer increased from 71% in 1990-1994 to 72% in 2015-2019, while the ten-year survival rate dropped from 71% in 1990-1994 to 58% in 2010-2014.

Between 2015 and 2019, there were a total of 65 analytic skin cancer cases, including 23 patients in stage I, 12 in stage II, 2 in stage III, and 5 in stage IV. In terms of treatment methods, 60 patients (92%) underwent surgical treatment, 3 (5%) received radiation therapy, 6 (9%) underwent chemotherapy, 1 (2%) received targeted therapy, 3 (5%) received immunotherapy, and 2 (3%) underwent palliative care.
