Based on KFSYSCC's cancer registry from 1990 to 2019, there were 2,798 analytic oral cancer cases, with 2,465 males (88%) and 333 females (12%). The average and median ages were 53 and 53 years old, respectively; the youngest patient was 11 years old, and the oldest was 96 years old; the interquartile range (Q1-Q3) was 45-60. By stage, there were 21 stage 0 oral cancer patients (1%), 581 stage I patients (21%), 410 stage II patients (15%), 391 stage III patients (14%), and 1,176 stage IV patients (42%). Between 2015 and 2019, there were a total of 564 analytic oral cancer cases, including 10 patients in stage 0, 126 in stage I, 99 in stage II, 85 in stage III, and 232 in stage IV. In terms of treatment methods, 423 patients (75%) underwent surgical treatment, 311 (55%) received radiation therapy, 282 (50%) underwent chemotherapy, 3 (1%) received targeted therapy, 4 (1%) received immunotherapy, 11 (2%) underwent palliative care, and 1 (0.2%) had no record of initial treatment reported.
