Based on KFSYSCC's cancer registry from 1990 to 2019, there were 2,467 analytic nasopharyngeal carcinoma cases, with 1,814 males (74%) and 653 females (26%). The average and median ages were 47 and 45 years old, respectively; the youngest patient was 11 years old, and the oldest was 90 years old; the interquartile range (Q1-Q3) was 39-54. By stage, there were 107 stage I patients (4%), 390 stage II patients (16%), 979 stage III patients (40%), and 853 stage IV patients (35%). Between 2015 and 2019, there were a total of 340 analytic nasopharyngeal carcinoma cases, including 16 patients in stage I, 57 in stage II, 147 in stage III, and 119 in stage IV. In terms of treatment methods, 328 (96%) received radiation therapy, 329 (97%) underwent chemotherapy, 1 (0.3%) received targeted therapy, and 9 (3%) underwent palliative care.
