Based on KFSYSCC's cancer registry data from 1990 to 2019, there were a total of 708 analytic cases of endometrial cancer. The average and median ages were 53 and 53 years old, respectively, with the youngest patient at 25 and the oldest at 89 years old; the interquartile range (Q1-Q3) spanned 45-59 years. When examined by stage, 454 patients were stage I (64%), 52 were stage II (7%), 93 were stage III (13%), and 64 were stage IV (9%). Between 2015 and 2019, there were a total of 254 analytic endometrial cancer cases, including 180 patients in stage I, 11 in stage II, 33 in stage III, and 22 in stage IV. In terms of treatment methods, 244 patients (96%) underwent surgical treatment, 77 (30%) received radiation therapy, 60 (24%) underwent chemotherapy, 2 (1%) received targeted therapy, 10 (4%) underwent hormone therapy, 2 (1%) received immunotherapy, and 6 (2%) received palliative care.
