Based on KFSYSCC's cancer registry data from 1990 to 2019, there were a total of 2,469 analytic cervical cancer cases. The average and median ages were 47 and 45 years old, respectively, with the youngest patient being 18 years old and the oldest at 87 years old; the interquartile range (Q1-Q3) spanned 37-57 years. When examined by stage, 1,402 patients were stage 0 (57%), 321 were stage I (13%), 204 were stage II (8%), 138 were stage III (6%), and 97 were stage IV (4%). Between 2015 and 2019, there were a total of 308 analytic cervical cancer cases, including 116 patients in stage 0, 53 in stage I, 16 in stage II, 30 in stage III, and 25 in stage IV. In terms of treatment methods, 248 patients (81%) underwent surgical treatment, 73 (24%) received radiation therapy, 74 (24%) underwent chemotherapy, 2 (1%) received targeted therapy, 1 (0.3%) received hormone therapy, and 4 (1%) underwent palliative care.

KFSYSCC’s 2015-2019 five-year observed survival rates for 308 cervical cancer patients, stratified by stage, are presented in the following chart. As shown in the graph, the five-year survival rate is 100% for stage 0, 96% for stage 1, 79% for stage 2, 76% for stage 3, and 28% for stage 4.
